	Counselling

Counselling involves meeting with a trained person, usually on a weekly basis, to talk about specific problems and emotional difficulties. The Counsellor provides a confidential, supportive space in which to explore possible solutions and find ways to become more resilient and better able to cope.

The Natural Health Centre provides a high quality, professional counselling service which is easily accessible and effective. The Service is confidential and meets the requirements of United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapys' Ethical and Professional Codes of Practice.

Fees are currently £35.00 per session. A typical counselling contract would initially be for six sessions initially, followed by a review.
