Baby Reflexology Workshop with Ruth Smith
Saturday 21st August 10 - 1pm
Learn these gentle, simple and effective techniques for use with your baby. The workshop covers specifics including the minor ailments of babyhood such as colic, teething and reflux problems, techniques to help with calming and sleeping.
Cost £45 including set of foot charts and refreshments.

Pregnancy Relaxation Classes with Ruth Smith
Small friendly class for you to experience and learn relaxation and breathing techniques for use before and during your pregnancy.
Cost £7 per class (usually running for 4 weeks).

Yoga for Body and Mind
Take time out of your day to relax. Indulge in yoga to counteract the stresses of modern-day life in this mixed ability class. Yoga is perfect to calm your mind, increase your concentration, and relieve stress and tension. You will learn how to tone your muscles, acquire suppleness, stimulate circulation and improve overall health.
Each class will focus not just on the physical exercise of yoga but will help you to embrace an enriching and fulfilling life practise.

Dance Fit with Annie Wilkinson
Thursdays 10.30 - 11.30 am
Based on popular dance steps to encourage exercise in a fun way, classes are low impact and not aerobic. They will suit all ages and abilities.
