My name is Oliver Grant. I have practised at Kirkbymoorside Natural Health Centre since July 2003. I got married in 2002 and set down roots in the area soon after.

In my spare time, summer Saturdays are spent playing cricket. I like most sports and play a bit of squash, tennis and golf when I find the time. I also enjoy DIY and put a lot of time and energy into working on our home.

Born with itchy feet, I try not to let my backpack gather too much dust in between trips. I also enjoy a bit of fair-weather sailing and scuba diving. Wherever I am I try to live life with respect for the environment. I have worked on organic smallholdings in New Zealand and planted trees in remote north west Canada. However, home life is now gathering momentum and we grow our own vegetables organically. I would like to develop a smallholding one day.
