The way of teaching is gentle, working on the whole body and spine. The emphasis is on the breath. Students are asked to be aware of the body, allowing themselves to feel and discover as they gently stretch in the postures and open. Students are encouraged to discover for themselves as each person is unique. Help is always given.
Classes include Relaxation, Breathing Techniques, Yoga postures and discussions on related subjects. This Yoga is taught in a gentle way, following the breath, listening to the heart, working with awareness, balancing the energy of the spine and bringing an inner and outer harmony to the body and mind.
